Currently Technical Director of the Thermal Chain Technology company Advanced Products Network, Porto, Portugal. From 2009 - 2016 he was associate professor doctor of the ETSI-ICAI of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Madrid, Spain. From 1997-99 he was Professor of Research of the Natural and Basic Sciences Section of the Science and Technology Agency of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of Cuba where he developed the National Science and Technology Program for New Materials and Advanced Materials, being its Executive Secretary until 2003. From 1999 to 2003 he was Professor of Research of the Institute of Materials and Reagents of the University of Havana, Havana, Cuba, occupying the position of Deputy Director of Investigations by 2000-2003. From 2005-2008 he was Quality Director at ADVANCED PRODUCTS ESPAÑA Company, Madrid, Spain. In 2009 he was professor of two modules of Nanotechnology in the Master Degree of Nanotechnology in ALITER College, Madrid, Spain. From 1990-93 he was member of the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PHYSICS TEACHERS of the USA; From 1991-94 was a Junior Associate of the INTERNATIONAL CENTER OF THEORETICAL PHYCS of the Academy of Sciences of the Third World in Trieste, Italy. From 1999-2003 he was Ibero-American Coordinator of the IX-E Thematic Network "Study, Manufacture and Characterization of Nanostructures for Micro and Optoelectronics" of Subprogram IX "Microelectronics" of the Ibero-American Program of Science and Technology for Development, CYTED. From 2003-12 he was an evaluator of proposals for projects and R & D & I networks of the CYTED program. Currently he is Coordinator of the International Network "José Roberto Leite" for Dissemination and Training in Nanotechnology (www.nanodyf.com). He is author and / or co-author of more than 60 articles in international scientific journals (ISI), and articles of popularization or reports of scientific-technological policy. Co-author of textbooks on Physics Didactics and Mathematical Analysis for students of Physics and author of a textbook of Quantum Mechanics for students of the Teacher Physics Degree in Cuba, and co-editor and co-author of the book "Semiconductor Nanostructures: Fundamentals And applications”, Madrid, Spain.
