Since 1991 he started to work in Department of Nuclear Medicine in District Hospital Klatovy. Since 2011 he worked as an external lecturer of Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen. Since 2013 he worked in the Department of Immunochemistry in University Hospital Pilsen. Nowadays, he works as a vice head of the Department of Immunochemistry and teaches biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen.He is a member of International Society of Oncology and Biomarkers (ISOBM).In January 2017 he finalized and defended the habilitation work on the topic “Insulin like growth factor I in theory and clinical actice“ and took the degree associate professor.
