Zhaoxia Cui

Professor

Zhaoxia Cui, a Professor, has been focused on the study of the crab phylogenetics and population genetic study, genomic and transcriptomic analysis, genetics of economic traits and breeding of economic crabs. She has obtained more than 10 scientific projects funded by “863” Program, NSFC, Ministry of Agriculture or Ministry of Science and Technology. She has published more than 80 papers and a book, applied five patents, cultivated a new crab variety “Keyong No. 1” and obtained five awards at the national, provincial and ministerial levels. She is honored as “the science and technology innovation leading talent” by Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China.

I’m interested in the following aspects: Genomes/transcriptomes sequences, Analysis of data, Molecular markers, Functional genes, Genetics/economic traits/crabs.
