My research interests are risk factors associated with advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in diabetes and metabolic syndrome prevention and management. The focus is diabetes in pregnant women. Related research areas are healthy eating behaviors, overweight/obesity, metabolic syndrome, its related complications, and medical nutrition therapy.
