Hi, this is Liguo Wang. I am associate professor in Mayo Clinic and my research focuses on cancer genomics and epigenomics. Welcome to the “Genome USA 2018” conference (Jan29-31, 2018, Las Vegas, USA). This meeting is a good opportunity for genomic scientists to present their findings, exchange ideas and social networking. This meeting has 20 sessions covering the broad range of genome sciences including genomic variation and function in human diseases; clinical genetic testing and screening; Genetic editing; pharmacogenomics; computational and comparative genomics; epigenomics; and evolutionary genomics. This meeting also welcome researchers and scientists working on genomics of non-human model organisms such as animal, plant, fungus and bacteria. In this conference, I will give a presentation titled “Copy number variation and immunotherapy resistance in human cancers”. Please join us in January 2018 Las Vegas.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is my pleasure to invite you to the Genome USA 2018International Conference and Exhibition on Genome Science. Basic goals of the conference are to update about the developments in the field of Genomics and to exchange opinions in several topics including cancer genetics, neurogenetics, psychiatric genetics, pharmacogenetics, and epigenetics.

More than 150 years ago, Charles Darwin published "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life"΄Entering the era of individualized medicine, molecular imaging is expected to play animportant role in the upcoming advances. At first sight, the connection between molecular imaging and the Darwin’s theory appears to be minor. However, considering several research efforts in the field of molecular imaging, it becomes obvious that the mechanismsat work for developing novel radiopharmaceuticals are basically Darwinian processes.

At the conference there will be lectures by distinguished speakers with extensive research at their countries.The conference will take place in Las Vegas, USA, January29-31 2018.
